The COMPANY provides the services of the website in accordance with these terms of use, which the user is required to read carefully and proceed to use the website’s services only if they fully accept them and agree to their implementation:
1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Through the website, visitors can learn about the products and/or services of the business, and by filling out the contact form, they can communicate with it.
Additionally, visitors can leave their comments/reviews about the provided services and/or products in the relevant section.
The website records the content of messages sent by visitors exclusively for the purpose of detecting violations of these terms of use and for no other purpose.
The website may not disclose the content of the relevant messages to third parties unless the sender consents or if required by law or a competent authority. The acceptance of these terms of use constitutes the user’s consent for the disclosure of their messages to third parties, partners of the company, for the purpose of providing services.

3. USER/VISITOR CODE OF CONDUCT
Users agree that the comments and observations they post on the website are solely the responsibility of the user who posts them.
The website in no way can be considered as accepting or endorsing the comments expressed on its pages. Users retain full responsibility for the content they publish, as well as for any violation of intellectual property rights resulting from the content they post.

C) Forging or otherwise altering the elements of the website in order to mislead regarding the origin of the content transmitted through the website’s services.
D) Posting, sending, transferring, or installing content by a person who does not have the right to provide such content under the law or based on a confidential relationship.
E) Posting, sending, transferring, or using any other method to install software or content of any form (text, image, sound, video, animation) that infringes upon any third-party intellectual property rights.
F) Posting, sending, transferring, or using any other method to install unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or other promotional content, sending unwanted and unsolicited electronic messages to the recipient, and any other form of unwanted content promotion.
G) Harassing in any way the privacy and individual and social rights of other users.
Additionally, the users of the website:
- Are not allowed to disclose personal emails, phone numbers, or other personal data on the website.
- Are not allowed to use any language other than Greek, Greeklish, or English (in the English version of the website).
- Are not allowed to write in capital letters.
- Are not allowed to make complaints after being suspended from the service (BAN).
- Are not allowed to harass or threaten others.
- If there are any complaints, users can click on “Contact Website Administrator” and send a message to the address info@lampridisfamily.gr.
- Are not allowed to repeat the same text.
- Are not allowed to post any form of propaganda or anti-national content, and they are not allowed to insult symbols.
- Are not allowed to encourage sexual intercourse or offer money for any reason (e.g., prostitution, etc.).
- Are not allowed to insult, offend, harass, or generally disturb other users of the service.
- Are not allowed to advertise or defame (other websites, products, services, companies).
- Are not allowed to invite other members of the website to other websites (sites).
Copyright Policy
Users of the website are not allowed to register, modify, distribute, reproduce, or otherwise use content that is protected by intellectual property rights, trademarks, or patents belonging to third parties, without obtaining prior written consent from the owner of these rights.
The website may deny user access to it if the user repeatedly violates the above term, after a proper notice has been transmitted to the website regarding this issue by the copyright holder or their legal representative.

User content
The website has no responsibility whatsoever for the content posted and/or published by users. Visiting the website is at the user’s own risk.
If the website is notified that the content it hosts harms third parties and/or violates the personal data of third parties, and/or infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties, it reserves the right to immediately and without warning delete the relevant content and/or the user who posted and/or published it. This clause applies to any content that users post/publish anywhere on the website.
The website reserves the right, for the aforementioned reasons, to remove content and delete users even without prior notice. The website may prohibit users from accessing its site if repeated violations of these terms are detected.
A repeated violation of these terms occurs when the user has violated these terms more than twice and/or their content has been removed for the aforementioned reasons more than twice.
The user understands and accepts that the website may adopt new terms of use for its services and/or modify the time limits for which messages and/or any other content posted and/or published by the user through its services will be retained.
Additionally, the website reserves the right to modify the allowed size and number limits of messages that the user can send and/or any other content the user posts and publishes through its services.
The website reserves the right to modify at any time and without notice the storage space limits for content it provides through its service to users and to temporarily and/or permanently discontinue the provision of the service.
Under no circumstances is the website liable for the loss, failure to store, or destruction of content that is maintained or transmitted through the service.
4. DAMAGE - COMPENSATION

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The website collaborates with other websites (e.g., a blog) to provide its users with specialized content, which appears on various pages in its original form, exactly as received from the content provider (partner website or company), without any review or modification. The responsibility for the completeness, accuracy, adequacy, legality, and suitability of this content, including advertisements in any form they appear, lies solely with the websites/companies that provide it.
The content and information included on the website, including advertisements in any form they appear, should under no circumstances be considered as valid information, advice, or encouragement to take specific action.
Furthermore, the user understands and accepts that by visiting the pages and using the services of the website, they may be exposed to content that is inappropriate, disturbing, offensive, immoral, obscene, misleading, illegal, etc. Under no circumstances can the website be held responsible for any damage or loss that users may suffer due to their exposure to such content.

The above terms of use of the website, as well as any amendments to them, are governed and supplemented by Greek law, European Union law, and the relevant international treaties signed by the country.
Any provision of the above terms that becomes contrary to the law shall automatically cease to be valid and shall be removed from this document, without in any case affecting the validity of the remaining terms.
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the website and the user of its services and is binding only on them.
No modification of these terms shall be considered or become part of this agreement unless it has been made in writing and incorporated into it.
In any case, the website reserves the right to change these terms by notifying its users through posting the modification on the site, within the existing legal framework.

Any violation of these rights of the COMPANY in any way entails the responsibilities and incurs the penalties prescribed by law.
